" We have run quite a few tests with many more on the way. So far we have load tested to over 20 Kg. The material has been vibration tested to NASA GEVS-7000 specifications, subjected to a near vacuum to simulate the conditions in Earth orbit, and thermally tested from +50c to -40c. Windform® XT 2.0 has passed every test we threw at it. The next step for us is to test the satellite on orbit. This will be the final validation for our process. The plan is to launch soon. "

" The part in Windform® SP performed extremely well, and held up to all of the abuse, even being heavily modified while on the salt flats, with limited tools and time. I am still completely amazed at the strength of the Windform® SP. It gave us no issues withstanding the speed and the rough track and vibrations. A few years ago, I wouldn’t have dreamed of having something like this on the Streamliner. "

" Windform materials and selective laser sintering technology allowed us to easily prototype key components of our product, to outcompete the plastic injection molding process in terms of deadlines, cost, and to test our prototype in real life conditions with almost the same mechanical characteristic. This 3D printing time/cost saving technology helped us a lot and now allows us to calmly approach the mass production phase. "
Alexandre Labesse, CEOHexadrone
" This AM production technology and Windform LX 2.0 – now replaced by LX 3.0 - perfectly integrated in the design strategy, allowing to create masks of any shapes as unique objects, each different from the other. Windform LX 2.0 is aesthetically pleasant, able to preserve in time the chromatic features, showing important mechanical characteristics that allow to create highly complex geometries avoiding the risk of breakings or deformations. The feeling on the skin is nice, allowing for a long-lasting dressing. "
Filippo Nassetti and Alessandro Zomparelli, foundersMHOX
" The natural frequencies of the part made with Windform® GT were quite similar to those of parts obtained by injection molding technique applied to glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Windform® GT proved to be the only 3D printing material able to overcome the rigorous testing carried out by our technicians "
